If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Altimoff Electronic Cigarette, Electronic Cigar or any of Electronic Smoking Accessories you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery. To process your return or exchange please e-mail us within 7 days at support@usaecigarette.com. Please include your name, email address or telephone number.
Refunds are issued within 7 days from the date of delivery by the same method as original payment. We refund purchase price less original shipping and handling, 15% restocking fee and $2.50 for every used cartridge.
When shipping the product back to us please ensure that all parts are included and in resalable condition. Refund will not be issued if any parts are missing, damaged or misused.
The customer is responsible the cost of return shipping.
